Charges for the delivery of your order will vary depending upon the weight, the nature of the items ordered and the location to which it is despatched.

We ship throughout the UK, with most orders being shipped within a day of ordering (we do not ship during weekends or public holidays).

Once shipped, orders despatched via standard delivery will normally be received within 5 working days. However please allow 3-7 working days for delivery. Express delivery is available for most of mainland UK. Please allow extra time for delivery of orders despatched to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, the Islands.

Although we do our best to ensure that your order is delivered within the specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries that are due to circumstances outside our control. We do our best to notify you of any unexpected delays in delivery.

Additional delivery charges might have to be added to the delivery costs on larger/heavier items. The amount will appear at checkout.

When shipping across Europe our goal is to deliver your order within 5-10 business days following the date your order is placed. Express delivery is not available.

If you miss the delivery of your order We suggest you send the package to a secure delivery address where a driver will be able to collect a signature during business hours. If you are not present at the time of delivery, a card explaining where your package has been left and what to do next will be left at the delivery address.

As you are buying the Goods by mail order, you have a right of cancellation.

You must tell us you wish to cancel within 7 days of your receipt of the Goods;

The Goods must be returned to us within 21 days of your telling us you wish to cancel, with the goods & packaging in their original condition, securely wrapped inc our delivery slip all at your own risk

When we have received the Goods, we will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods returned no later than 30 days from the date of receipt. If you do not return the Goods to us, you are still liable to us for the cost. itsKitsch.co.uk is under no obligation to collect or recover Goods from you, but if we do, our costs will be payable by you.
